Assignment : interviewing business owners
For this assignments, we are to interview business owners and ask them several questions about their experiences in the business world. I have decided to interview the owner of Ho Seng Hooi ( my dad ) heheh :)

How is
your daily business ?
I was a petrol station owner,
my daily business operations is 24 hours in three shifts and the sale is about
RM60.000.
What
happened after GST ?
Sale
after GST slow down slightly especially in the convenience store.
How
the economy effects business ?
The economy affected at our business is not very bad
compared to other business.
What
are the product/services you offer?
We are selling diesel that is 93% crude oil and 7%
palm oil, Ron 97 petrol and Ron 95 petrol. We have a convenience store selling
confectionery, snacks, grocery, drink and many other things.
How do
you operate?
We
operate 24 hours in three shifts 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. First
and second shifts we have 2 cashiers at backcourt and 2 customer service
attendance at the forecourt and third 2 cashiers only.
Demand
and where you get your supply ?
Most of our customers are from the industrial area
nearby and also housings area. The products we get it from Bagan Luar Penang.
