Exercise 1: presentation of 10 of your best-liked pictures
Lecture:
This morning , Mr.Vinod taught us about that how to choose a good camera , how to keep a zoom lens with 50mm . Besides that , He also keep telling us don't be so nervous and stress whenever in his class , just be relax while teacher is teaching us in the class . Last but not least , He also asked us to introduce ourselves in the class in order to mix around all of us .

Last but not least , He also asked us to introduce ourselves in the class in order to mix around all of us .
Instructions:
2) write your eportfolio and upload the audio-video of the presentation and the 10 pictures along with the description. Do not forget to take the Screen-shots of the WordFile and upload it to the eportfolio as well.
3) Print hardcopy of the 10 selected pictures with the description following the instructions (margin, font, etc.) given in class and place it in your hardcopy folder
In this exercise students will explain the reasons they like the chosen pictures, what they found interesting when taking/choosing or after taking/choosing the picture. Students’ have to choose pictures that are not their own as well but must credit and explain the circumstances of the picture. Student will present 5 pictures of their own and 5 pictures of 5 different photographers. By this process students exercise their ability to discern and reflect on what makes a good picture theoretically.

Marking Criteria: The presentation must showcase a variety of pictures: personal(5 self shot), landscape, portrait, still life, etc. AND from 5 different international photographers. All pictures must be credited and explained.

2. Clarity of presentation (2%):
Marking Criteria: The student must be clear and concise in their delivery and explanation of their pictures. Evidence of understanding can be deduced by their analysis and evaluation, and in the confidence of their delivery.

self-shot -
I took this picture in China two years ago . It was a wonderful memories China trip with my family . I choose this picture because I already walked on the great wall of China and I felt like I am very proud of it even though I did not succeed to finish the entire great wall .
I am still remember that moment I took this picture in China . When I was in the bus , I suddenly saw a camel walking by my side . I found this is so interesting as this was the first time I saw a camel with a very close range . After that I get down from the bus and I captured it . It was an unforgettable day in my life .
This was my last trip in Japan , a mountain photograph . This is the first moment I saw Mount Fuji with a very close distance . The quality of the photo is not that good as you see but it is the one of my favourite photos.
She is my lovely golden retriever dog and her name is Lucy . I choose this picture because it was taken by myself before I went to Kuala Lumpur for my studies . As you can see her looks like so tired and sleepy but still looks adorable for me :)
I took this picture with my friends when we were having our lunch in a restaurant which named potpourri house cafe in Ipoh , I like this picture because it looks so delicious , rich and also appetizing (:

This photo was taken by Muhammad Alamsyah Rauf . He is an Indonesian. In This photo , I saw a child who cover with a cloth. Environment was poor , a kid who facing such cold weather with just only carrying a cheap quality cloth . War has destroyed too much things , lives , environment , history , economy and so on . I choose this photo because I feel that feeling inside my heart . I am still remember that dark page of my life yet this photo has explain my feeling so well .
This photo was taken by Fuyang Zhou . In this photo , the condition and environment was poor enough yet people doesn't give up in education . I choose this photo because no matter how worse is the situation that we stay in , we never give up in education , even there is just a few students who are willing to learn .
This photo was taken by Gao lianhui . As you can see , two adorable girls are concentrate in drawing . seems so normal but I couldn't see this in city nowadays . Technology brings people steps forward yet it reduce our interest . I choose this photo because I realize that education is important .
This photo was taken by Omran Abdelrahman Al Ansari , '' The rays of the sun were like magic coming from sky . I caught the human element at the good time , where he was seen enjoying the magic sunset . That is what makes the image very powerful to me .'' Ansari describe his photo in a strong comment . It makes me realize that we are less interact with the natural .
It was taken by the autistic child's own father , Timothy Archibald . Mr. Archibald said that when he took the photo , Elijah would often do the unexpected with props he found lying around , and this one , he plays with a vacuum pipe . I choose this picture because I can feel the warm care from Mr.Archibald . It prove that parents are the one who loves their child much more that everyone .

Feedback :
Specific feedback : Mr.Vinod asked me to change the instructions correctly when he was checking my homework in the class , he also asked me to upload my youtube link ( Presentation video ) on the blog that above the reflection . Last but not least , he also explained to me the meanings of the experience , observation and the findings .
General feedback : Mr.Vinod asked us that we have to print out the hardcopy in black and white . He also told us that observation is about what we notice things during the class , and what we see in the class . besides, He also told us the findings are about the things we find and the experience is about that what we feel during his class .

Reflection :
Experience - I found this class very interesting ,. I learned a lot of extra knowledge all about the camera tricks , different kinds of lenses and how to operate the camera and I think that this is very helpful for my future .
Observations - From this exercise 1 , I found it was very interesting for me. even so I still found the exercise to be challenging but I pretty happy with outcome .
Findings - From this exercise 1 , I just realized that taking photo is so interesting and it will also help us in our future , for example , If we want to be a wedding photographer , photographer for the magazine , journalist , event photographer and so on . In this exercise 1 , I know some famous photographers all around the world .
